Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions outlined herein establish the contractual agreement between you and Halesworth Airport Specialist. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as presented in this agreement.

Definitions

In this agreement, “Halesworth Airport Specialist,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service-providing company, while “you” and “your” encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-in for flights. Halesworth Airport Specialist will not assume responsibility for any delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or if you are not ready for collection at the designated time.

2.2 Ordering a vehicle of appropriate size for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. Halesworth Airport Specialist does not guarantee accommodation for an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should make this request at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations are based on information provided by you. Prices, unless explicitly stated otherwise, exclude VAT, which will be added if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust quotes for material changes to the specified itinerary.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time, along with airport parking costs. Any waiting time exceeding this will be charged at the standard Halesworth Airport Specialist rate. While we make efforts to accommodate delays by reviewing flight details, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review this confirmation thoroughly, and notify Halesworth Airport Specialist of any discrepancies to avoid delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payments for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle cleaning if it is soiled, damaged, or negatively affected by a passenger.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not permitted to exceed the licensed or insured passenger capacity.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us promptly. Failure to cancel a vehicle after dispatch incurs a charge based on the driver’s time and distance to the cancellation point.

5.2 For cancellations made through our online booking system before vehicle dispatch, a charge may apply to the original payment.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. Halesworth Airport Specialist is not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle to expedite your journey.

6.4 You will not hold Halesworth Airport Specialist liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We retain the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Halesworth Airport Specialist may subcontract obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by the Halesworth Airport Specialist at any time, with changes reflected on this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 Information is handled following the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Halesworth Airport Specialist and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any advantage or benefit to a third party unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Halesworth Airport Specialist is not obligated to address claims or disputes beyond this timeframe.
